在脉冲进料非稳态工况下,对板式超滤器中的表面剪切力进行了研究,并建立了相应的数学模型.研究结果表明:膜表面沉积物厚度在很大程度上取决于膜通道中流体的流速,振幅、频率等物理量.在Re<200时脉动进料的非稳态剪切力可十分有效地去除膜表面上的沉积物垢层并提高膜通量.
Under the unstable condition of pulse feeding, the surface shear force in the plate ultrafilter was studied, and the corresponding mathematical model was established. The results show that the thickness of the deposit on the surface of the membrane depends largely on the physical properties of the flow velocity, amplitude and frequency of the fluid in the membrane channel. Unsteady shear forces of pulsating feedstock at Re <200 can very effectively remove deposits on the membrane surface and increase membrane flux.
