开发混凝土搅拌运输车用KR60A减速器,是国内市场的需要。从减速器的开发思路上,力求减速器最大输出转矩能够搅动的搅拌罐搅动容积范围宽,适用的车辆广,轴向尺寸短,工作噪声低。进行了结构及基本参数(传动比、最大输出转矩、行星轮内齿圈中心距、行星轮模数和数目)的确定,轴承、齿轮等零件的设计计算,箱体中段、法兰、行星架等关键件的强度分析。介绍了开发中遇到了难点及解决办法,包括重要零件材料的选择、箱体中部内齿圈的加工、变位齿轮的选择和行星齿轮轴承材料和结构的确定。通过模拟实车试验考核KR60A减速器的各项技术性能,试验结果表明KR60A减速器能够满足各项技术要求。KR60A减速器的成功开发,填补了国内空白,为以后减速器系列产品的开发打下了基础,为实现混凝土搅拌运输车用减速器的产业化发展积累了经验。
