目的分析绍兴地区季节变化对不明原因自发性早产的影响。方法在2009年1月-2015年12月绍兴市妇幼保健院收治的71 451名孕产妇中选取不明原因自发性早产孕产妇382例,根据病案系统信息,按月份记录不明原因自发性早产总分娩人数,并记录各孕产妇分娩时的孕期及其新生儿性别、体重、Apgar评分和转归等项指标,综合分析各项指标得出结果。结果绍兴地区不明原因自发性早产率冬季(11月、12月、1月)较高,夏季次之,有统计学意义差异(P<0.05)。中期早产、轻症早产的季节性发病人数以冬季最高,有统计学意义差异(P<0.05)。冬季新生儿转归率较低,而秋季转归率较高,有统计学意义差异(P<0.05)。结论绍兴地区的不明原因自发性早产与季节变化确有相关,其中冬季(11月、12月、1月)发生率最高,夏季次之,以中期早产、轻症早产为主,且冬季新生儿转归率较低,提示绍兴地区妇幼保健相关机构此时期对于早产应多加关注,有助于降低新生儿死亡率。
Objective To analyze the effect of seasonal changes in Shaoxing on spontaneous preterm birth of unknown origin. Methods From January 2009 to December 2015 Shaoxing City Maternal and Child Health Hospital admitted 71 451 pregnant women choose unexplained spontaneous preterm delivery of 382 cases of pregnant women, according to the medical record system information, monthly records of unexplained spontaneous preterm delivery of total delivery The number of pregnant women during pregnancy and their newborns during pregnancy, sex, weight, Apgar score and outcome were recorded, and the results were comprehensively analyzed. The number of seasonal onset in midterm preterm birth and mild preterm birth was the highest in winter, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The rate of newborns in winter was lower, but the rate of autumn was higher, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The spontaneous preterm birth of unknown causes in Shaoxing is related to seasonal changes. The highest incidence is found in winter (November, December and January), followed by summer, followed by middle-term preterm birth and mild preterm birth, and winter newborn Low turnover rate, suggesting that MCH institutions in Shaoxing this period should pay more attention to preterm birth, help to reduce neonatal mortality.
