目的观察五七丹金汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将120例脂肪肝患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各60例;对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上结合口服五七丹金汤,疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效及肝功能、血脂变化情况。结果观察组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肝功能和血脂有明显改善(P<0.05),对照组改善不明显(P>0.05),观察组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五七丹金汤可提高脂肪肝的临床疗效,改善肝功能、纠正血脂紊乱。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wuqijidanjin decoction on fatty liver. Methods A total of 120 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The observation group was treated with the combination of five and one hundred seventy days of Ganjin Decoction on the basis of routine treatment for 3 months. The clinical curative effect, liver function and blood lipid changes were observed. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The liver function and blood lipids in the observation group were significantly improved (P <0.05), while those in the control group were not significantly improved (P> 0.05) The difference between the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Fifty and seven Dan Jin Tang can improve the clinical efficacy of fatty liver, improve liver function, correct dyslipidemia.
