作者采用四氯化碳萃取水样中铍与乙酰丙酮形成的络合物,然后将铍反萃取到6mol/L盐酸中,加高氯酸消化至干并溶于0.1mol/L盐酸,再于NH_3-NH_4 Cl-EDTA-铍试剂Ⅲ-抗坏血酸底液进行示波极谱测定。方法的线性范围为0.2~100ppb,对水样的最低检出浓度为2ppt,变异系数为2.5~10.4%,回收率为95.2~102.4%。本法准确,重现性好,灵敏度高,抗干扰能力强。
