社会经济及信息技术的迅速发展,新技术的普遍推广均促使信息领域产生深刻变革。医院图书馆工作也正面临严峻挑战,作为医院图书馆员,良好思想素质、丰富的专业知识及业务技能均是成功面对当前信息时代考验的关键因素。若缺乏上述知识与素养,医院图书馆员将难以高效完成多角度、跨学科的医院信息服务,因而加强其素质教育极为必要。
The rapid development of socio-economic and information technologies and the widespread promotion of new technologies have led to profound changes in the field of information. The hospital library is also facing serious challenges. As a hospital librarian, good ideological qualities, rich professional knowledge and business skills are the key factors in the successful test of the current information age. Without such knowledge and literacy, it will be difficult for hospital librarians to complete multi-angle and interdisciplinary hospital information services efficiently. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen their quality education.
