我院Ｘ刀治疗１２８例病人，其中肿瘤体积超过３０ｃｍ￣３．继Ｘ刀治疗后１１天～５个月内行开颅手术者１５例。该组病人均取得较好疗效，术中见肿瘤坏死，软化；瘤内小血管闭塞，手术难度及危险性大大降低。本文提示，颅内巨大肿瘤，尤其重要功能部位的良性肿瘤，Ｘ刀治疗可作为一种安全、有效的手术前期准备。
X-knife treatment in our hospital 128 patients, of which the tumor volume over 30cm ~ 3. Following the X knife after 11 days to 5 months craniotomy in 15 cases. The patients in this group achieved good curative effect. The tumors showed tumor necrosis and softening during surgery. Small vessel occlusion in the tumor was greatly reduced in the difficulty and risk of operation. This article suggests that X-knife treatment can be used as a safe and effective preoperative preparation for the treatment of huge intracranial tumors, especially benign tumors with important functional sites.
