目的 :研究综合治疗对鼻咽癌预后以及 92分期各期生存曲线的影响。材料与方法 :35 8例接受综合治疗、随访 5年的病例资料 ,纳入分析 ,内容包括各期的例数分布、5年生存率、复发率、转移率等。结果 :III期和Ⅳ期的 5年生存率有较大的提高 ,分别达到 11和 18个百分点 ,但各期生存曲线的分布仍能均匀分开 ,部分T分期和N分期的生存曲线受到一定的影响。结论 :综合治疗提高了疗效 ,但对 92分期影响不大 ,仍能较好地预测预后。
Objective: To study the effect of comprehensive treatment on the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the survival curve of 92 stages. Materials and Methods: A total of 358 patients who received comprehensive treatment and were followed up for 5 years were included in the analysis. The data included the distribution of cases, the 5-year survival rate, the recurrence rate and the metastasis rate. Results: The 5-year survival rates of stage III and stage IV were greatly improved, reaching 11 and 18 percentage points, respectively. However, the distribution of survival curves of each stage was still well separated. The survival curves of some T stage and N stage were affected by certain influences. Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment improves the curative effect, but it has little effect on the 92 stage, which can still predict the prognosis well.
