前报研究表明,与育性恢复基因相连锁的花器官形态是花瓣宽度、花药长度和♀/♂值。根据F_1花器官形态的表现型,可以判断测定品种的基因型,从而明确其恢、保性质。同时初步明确“304—1”、“C_2—1”两个品种是细胞质雄性不育系的恢复系。在此基础上,本年度(1978~1979)着重研究测交品种对细胞质雄性不育系的恢、保作用,并对两个恢复系的F_1优势程度进行鉴定,以提高“三系”的配套水平。
