继大量进口LPG数年之后,中国是否应该建设进口LNG接收设施及其配套工程的讨论已成为中国有关部门及世界上各能源公司的关注热点之一。1997年1月中旬在北京召开的、由中国国际工程咨询公司组织的“中国进口LNG技术交流研讨会”上,世界著名的Shell、BP和Mobil三家拥有LNG资源、技术的石油公司分别就中国进口LNG的前景问题阐述了各自的看法,并积极向中国推荐自己的技术、资源和经验。除这三家之外,许多外国公司都在为争夺中国这个巨大市场而努力着。
After several years of large-scale import of LPG, discussions on whether China should build imported LNG receiving facilities and its supporting projects have become one of the hot spots for Chinese authorities and energy companies in the world. In the “China Imported LNG Technology Exchange Symposium” organized by China International Engineering Consulting Corporation and held in Beijing in mid-January 1997, the world famous Shell, BP and Mobil oil companies with LNG resources and technologies imported from China respectively. The prospects of LNG illustrate their respective views and actively recommend China’s own technology, resources and experience. In addition to these three, many foreign companies are striving for the huge market of China.
