此类药物系由托烷(tropane)衍生的氨基醇类与不同有机酸結合所成的酯,故易被水解,稳定性較差。为了解此类药物的稳定性,本文根据国內外文献資料,做如下綜述,以供有关工作者参考。一、阿托品与后馬托品的稳定性根据文献介紹,阿托品与碱或稀酸溶液共热,或仅与水共热,均易加水分解;在密閉容器中阿托品与浓盐酸共热至130℃,或与氢氧化钡溶液共热至60℃时,可完全分解成茛菪醇(tropine)和消旋茛菪酸(dl-tropic acid)。
