目的分析卧床患者的下肢深静脉血栓预防以及护理方式。方法选2015年4月—2017年3月该院神经内科出现下肢深静脉血栓患者20例,对患者临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果护理后,非常满意的患者一共有13例,满意的患者一共有7例,不满意患者有0例,护理的满意度为100.00%。结论卧床患者的下肢深静脉血栓采取相应的预防以及护理以后,患者各项症状均有所改善,并且护理满意度也比较高。
Objective To analyze the prevention and nursing of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in bedridden patients. Methods From April 2015 to March 2017, 20 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were found in neurology department of our hospital. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively studied. Results After nursing, there were 13 patients who were very satisfied with a total of 7 satisfied patients, 0 unsatisfied patients and 100.00% satisfied with nursing care. Conclusion Bedridue patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities take appropriate prevention and care, the patient’s symptoms have improved, and nursing satisfaction is relatively high.
