社会现代化发展进程的加速,对当代教育事业的要求不断提高,在高等教育大众化的新时期,我国高等职业教育开始备受关注。高等职业院校的教育定位在于为社会培养应用型人才,办学的目标即在于以“培养什么样的人”为核心。尽管在新的教育形势下,我国高职教育发展迅速,但一些问题依然存在,致使高职教育的发展状态始终停留在表层,难以切实遵循教育的目标和发展动机有效丰富高职教育的内涵。教育生态学理论的提出,要求当代教育重视内涵式发展,将传统的“学校教育”范围扩大,迎合社会的切实需要将其转化为“社会公共教育”。高职教育也有必要顺势而为,致力于通过教育生态学理念的转型为高职教育事业的进一步发展提供全新动力。基于此,浅谈教育生态学视域下高职教育内涵式发展的动机与目标,以期推动我国高职教育的稳步发展。
The acceleration of the process of social modernization, the increasing demand for contemporary education, the higher vocational education in our country is beginning to pay close attention in the new era of popularization of higher education. The orientation of education in higher vocational colleges lies in cultivating applied talents for the society. The goal of running schools lies in the core of “what kind of person should be nurtured?” Despite the rapid development of higher vocational education in the new educational situation, some problems still exist. As a result, the development status of higher vocational education is always on the surface. It is difficult to effectively follow the educational goal and development motivation to effectively enrich the connotation of higher vocational education. The theory of educational ecology put forward that modern education should emphasize the connotative development, expand the scope of traditional “school education” and transform it into “social public education” according to the practical needs of society. It is also necessary for higher vocational education to take advantage of the situation and devote itself to providing new impetus to the further development of higher vocational education through the transformation of the concept of educational ecology. Based on this, the motivation and goal of the connotative development of higher vocational education in the view of educational ecology are discussed in order to promote the steady development of our higher vocational education.
