本文采用SPBTM -60830m×0.25mm×0.25um毛细管柱为分离柱 ,ECD检测 ,测定了茶叶中六六六、DDT、三氯杀螨醇的残留。本方法对9种成分的回收率范围为82.03%～99.62% ,变异系数为1.19%～7.77% ,最小检出量0.5～3.0×10-12g。
In this paper, SPBTM-60830m × 0.25mm × 0.25um capillary column as the separation column, ECD detection, determination of the six residues of tea, DDT, dicofol residues. The recovery rate of nine components was 82.03% ~ 99.62%, the coefficient of variation was 1.19% ~ 7.77% and the minimum detectable amount was 0.5 ~ 3.0 × 10-12g.
