改革开放以来,大连财政建设有了长足的进步和发展,在建立和完善社会主义市场经济,转变经济增长方式,力求实现市场机制和宏观调控有机结合的新形势下,财政也面临着许多困难和问题,急待振兴。笔者认为,振兴大连财政应从以下几个方面入手: 一、统一思想,统一认识,齐心协力振兴财政。振兴财政是一项复杂的系统工程,完成这项重要任务不仅需要解决财政体制中现存的难点
Since the reform and opening up, tremendous progress has been made in financial construction in Dalian. Under the new situation of establishing and perfecting the socialist market economy, transforming the mode of economic growth and seeking to combine the market mechanism with macroeconomic regulation and control, the financial sector is also facing many difficulties. Problems, urgently revitalized. The author believes that revitalization of Dalian finance should start with the following aspects: First, unify thinking, unify understanding, make concerted efforts to revitalize finance. To revitalize finance is a complicated systematic project. To accomplish this important task not only needs to solve the existing difficulties in the financial system
