研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,分析了河南省农村中小学开展阳光体育运动的实施途径现状,针对存在的问题,从提高学生身体素质,促进学校体育的发展的角度出发,提出未来更好地开展和实施“阳光体育”的对策与建议。
The research adopts literature and questionnaire survey and other research methods to analyze the current situation of the implementation of sunshine sports in rural primary and secondary schools in Henan Province.
