我国经济的不断发展,带动了医院管理的发展,在医院管理中,人才起到重要的作用,人们对身体健康的重视逐渐提高,医院提高人力资源管理也显得相当急迫。现在大小医院丛生,医院要想提高自身的竞争力就需要从人力资源管理入手。本文作者结合自身实践就我国的医院管理中的管理中创新经济以及人力资源管理作出分析,以供同仁参考。
The continuous development of economy in our country has led to the development of hospital management. Talent has played an important role in hospital management. People pay more attention to their health and the hospital management of human resources has become quite urgent. Now the size of the hospital clusters, the hospital in order to improve their competitiveness will need to start from the human resources management. The author combines his own practice to analyze the innovative economy and human resource management in the management of hospital management in our country for the reference of colleagues.
