运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,通过对中美日三国学生体质健康标准中的测试指标及其演进做了比较研究,得到的启示:篮球运球、足球运球、排球垫球作为备选指标与体育成绩考核存在一定矛盾;反映学生心肺功能的指标耐力跑的距离可适当加长;台阶试验测试结果可信度需要进一步论证;掷实心球评价标准的分级可能存在问题;在反映同一身体素质的指标应该归为同一类目;皮脂厚度测量法能更直接反映学生的身体成份,应考虑增加该指标等。旨在为完善我国学生体质健康标准提供一定参考。
By using the methods of documentation and logic analysis, this paper makes a comparative study of the test indicators and their evolution in the students’ constitutional health standards in China, the United States and Japan. The enlightenments obtained are: dribble, dribble and volleyball There is a certain contradiction between the performance test and the physical examination results; The endurance test run length can reflect the student’s cardiopulmonary function properly. The reliability of the test results of the bench test needs to be further demonstrated. There may be problems in the classification of the throw- Indicators should be grouped into the same category; sebum thickness measurement can reflect more directly the body composition of students, should consider increasing the indicator. Aiming to provide some reference for improving our students’ constitutional health standards.
