当前经济运行下行压力加大,处于能源产业上游产业链的地勘单位压力倍增,如何克服对国内下游产业的单一和过度依赖,“多元化”战略是值得思考的一个方向。本文从多元化战略的基本理论及主要模式出发,结合地勘单位面临的市场形势、发展阶段及经营特点论述了地勘单位应该选择多元化战略,特别是选择中心多样化、垂直一体化、水平一体化等相关多元化战略,并从“大地质大市场”“走出去战略”“探采一体化”方面论述了地勘单位多元化战略的实现。同时本文也提出了地勘单位在多元化战略实施过程中应该注意规避的选择风险以及战略实现的保障因素。
Under the current downward pressure on economic operation, the pressure on geological exploration units in the upstream industry chain of the energy industry has doubled. How to overcome the single and over-reliance on the domestic downstream industries? The strategy of “diversification” is a direction worth considering. Based on the basic theory and main mode of diversification strategy, this paper discusses the geological conditions that geological exploration units face, the development stage and the operation characteristics. It discusses that geological exploration units should choose diversification strategy, in particular diversification, vertical integration, Integration and other related diversification strategy, and expounds the realization of the diversification strategy of geological exploration units in terms of “big geology market”, “going out strategy”, “exploration integration”. At the same time, this paper also put forward the geological exploration unit should pay attention to the avoidance of the risk of selection and the realization of the strategy to achieve security elements in the process of diversification.
