今年7月,是国务院发布《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》7周年。李鹏总理曾指示:在当前转换企业经营机制过程中,要继续落实《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》。本期“设备管理”栏目发表周继水、许新奇两位作者的文章,分别介绍了在主管部门转换职能和企业开展向设备管理要效益活动中,贯彻《设备管理条例》的做法,以示纪念。
In July of this year, the State Council issued the “Regulations on the Administration of Equipment for the Ownership-Owned Industrial Transport Enterprises” on the seventh anniversary. Premier Li Peng has instructed: In the current process of transforming the company’s operating mechanism, we must continue to implement the “Regulations on the Administration of Equipment for All-Urban-owned Industrial Transportation Enterprises.” In this issue of the “Device Management” column, authors Zhou Jishui and Xu Xinqi’s articles were published, and the practices of implementing the “Regulations on Equipment Management” in the transition of functions of competent authorities and enterprises to carry out equipment management activities were presented to mark the events.
