2008-2014年无锡市蚊蝇及蟑与鼠的监测分析

目的掌握无锡市蚊、蝇、蟑、鼠的种群及发生动态,为防治病媒生物和相关传染病提供依据。方法蚊密度监测采用诱蚊灯法,蝇密度监测采用笼诱法,蟑螂密度监测采用粘蟑纸法,鼠密度监测采用夹夜法。结果 2008-2014年,平均蚊密度为10.59只/(台·h),三带喙库蚊为最大优势种,占66.62%;平均蝇密度为2.64只/笼,家蝇为最大优势种,占37.71%;平均蟑密度为1.52只/张,平均侵害率为21.40%,德国小蠊为最大优势种,占99.20%;平均鼠密度为0.52%,褐家鼠为最大优势种,占56.54%。结论从7年监测资料来看,无锡市主要病媒生物密度总体呈下降趋势,但部分环境中相关病媒生物密度仍然较高,需加强相关环境中病媒生物的防治工作,确保有效控制病媒生物及相关传染病。 Objective To understand the population and dynamics of mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches and mice in Wuxi City, and to provide basis for prevention and treatment of vector-borne diseases and related infectious diseases. Methods Mosquito density monitoring method using mosquito lamp method, fly density monitoring cage induction method, cockroach density monitoring sticky cockroach paper method, mouse density monitoring using the method of night. Results From 2008 to 2014, the average mosquito density was 10.59 / (Taiwan · h). Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the dominant species, accounting for 66.62% of the total mosquito population. The average flies density was 2.64 per cage and the largest dominant species was Musca domestica 37.71%. The average cockroach density was 1.52 / leaf, the average invasion rate was 21.40%. Blattella germanica was the dominant species, accounting for 99.20%. The average density of rodents was 0.52%. Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species accounting for 56.54%. Conclusion According to the monitoring data of 7 years, the main vector bio-density in Wuxi shows a general downward trend, but the related vector bio-density in some environments is still high. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of vector organisms in the relevant environment so as to ensure the effective control of the disease Media and related infectious diseases.
