目前,我国高等职业教育办学规模快速增长,布局逐渐合理,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产学研相结合的发展思路进一步明确。双导师制在高职教育中体现为校内专业教师和校外企业一线指导教师人才培养模式,使学生在学校接受必要的理论学习,同时能够接受企业实践技能培训,学生的教学过程是由企业和学校共同来完成,大大提高了学生的就业能力和优势。
