由于现行工程造价管理工具和方法的局限性,使得工程造价管理工作的效率较低。BIM建筑信息模型技术的产生和引入,对建筑业发展造成革命性的影响。把BIM技术应用于工程造价管理中,为建筑工程造价管理与控制提供了新的方式。应用BIM技术有效解决了当前造价管理中存在的诸多问题,促进了工程造价控制水平的提高。
Due to the limitations of current engineering cost management tools and methods, the efficiency of project cost management is relatively low. The emergence and introduction of BIM building information modeling technology has revolutionized the construction industry. The BIM technology used in project cost management, construction project cost management and control provides a new way. The application of BIM technology effectively solves many problems existing in the current cost management and promotes the improvement of project cost control.
