我国房地产金融业务近几年快速发展,广西房地产贷款也呈现较快的发展势头。本文通过对广西大型银行房地产贷款业务存在的问题和形成原因进行深入分析,提出房地产贷款风险防范的建议。
The real estate finance business in our country has developed rapidly in recent years, and the real estate loans in Guangxi also showed a rapid development momentum.
