学前教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,是重要的公益性事业。随着城镇化进程的加快,2011年,遵义市开始实施《第一期学前教育三年行动计划》,各级政府积极行动,采取多种手段促进了遵义市学前教育的发展。但在发展过程中由于受体制和政策诸多因素的制约而面临诸多问题。本文通过对近年来遵义市政府主导下的学前教育发展情况进行分析,阐述了存在的问题并提出可行的对策及建议,意在促进遵义市学前教育健康、快速发展。
Pre-school education is an important part of basic education and an important public welfare undertaking. With the acceleration of the process of urbanization, in 2011, Zunyi City started to implement the “Three-year Preschool Education Action Plan of the First Period”. Governments at all levels took positive actions and adopted various measures to promote the development of pre-school education in Zunyi. However, due to the constraints of the system and policies, many problems are faced in the process of development. This article analyzes the development of pre-school education under the leadership of Zunyi city in recent years, expounds the existing problems and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and rapid development of preschool education in Zunyi.
