目的:探讨医院药师在合理用药各个环节中的作用。方法:以医院药师目前的工作为基础,以合理用药为主旨,从药学服务的各个环节入手,针对工作中存在的实际问题,探索药师的工作重点和作用。结果:通过提高各个环节的质量,同时结合临床的具体需要,医院药师应该从用药咨询、用药分析、不良反应监察、血药浓度监测等环节入手,有效地促进临床合理用药。结论:医院药师在促进医院合理用药方面承担着非常重大的责任,必须从各个环节、不同层面入手,为保证患者合理用药认真、踏实做好每一项工作。
Objective: To explore the role of hospital pharmacists in the rational use of drugs in all aspects. Methods: Based on the current work of hospital pharmacists and the rational use of drugs, we started with all aspects of pharmacy services and explored pharmacists’ work priorities and roles in response to the practical problems in work. Results: By improving the quality of all aspects and combining with the specific clinical needs, the hospital pharmacist should start from such aspects as drug counseling, medication analysis, adverse reaction monitoring and blood drug concentration monitoring to effectively promote the rational use of clinical medicine. Conclusion: Hospital pharmacists have a very important responsibility to promote the rational use of medicine in hospitals. They must start from all aspects and at different levels. To ensure the rational use of medicines, the hospital pharmacists should do a good job in every aspect of their work.
