目的:探讨健脾益气方灌肠延续护理对胃癌全切除术后肠功能及生活质量(QOL)的影响。方法:选取80例胃癌全切术后出院患者为受试对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。两组均予出院常规护理,治疗组再予健脾益气方灌肠延续护理。观察两组干预前后肠功能、营养状况、QOL的变化。结果:对照组干预前后腹胀腹痛、恶心呕吐评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组干预后低于同组干预前(P<0.05);治疗组干预后腹胀腹痛、恶心呕吐评分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。对照组干预前后QOL各项评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组干预后RF、PF、RE、SF、VT、MH、GH评分均高于同组干预前(P<0.05),而干预前后BP评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后治疗组RF、PF、RE、SF、VT、MH、GH评分均高于同期对照组(P<0.05),而两组BP评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组TP、Alb、HB水平均高于同组干预前(P<0.05);干预后治疗组TP、Alb、HB水平均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益气方灌肠延续护理能有效改善胃癌全切除术后患者肠功能及营养状况,提高其生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe on the intestinal function and quality of life (QOL) after total resection of gastric cancer. Methods: Eighty patients discharged from the resection of gastric cancer were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table. The two groups were given routine nursing care, and the treatment group was given spleen and intestine enema extended care. The changes of intestinal function, nutritional status and QOL before and after intervention were observed. Results: There was no significant difference in abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting before and after the intervention in the control group (P> 0.05), but lower in the treatment group before intervention (P <0.05) Nausea and vomiting scores were lower than the control group (P <0.05). The scores of QOL in the control group before and after intervention had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The scores of RF, PF, RE, SF, VT, MH and GH after intervention in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before the intervention , While there was no significant difference in BP score before and after intervention (P> 0.05). The scores of RF, PF, RE, SF, VT, MH and GH in the treatment group after intervention were higher than those in the control group There was no significant difference between BP scores (P> 0.05). After intervention, the levels of TP, Alb and HB in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention (P <0.05). The levels of TP, Alb and HB in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion: The continuous nursing of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe can effectively improve the intestinal function and nutritional status of patients after total resection of gastric cancer and improve their quality of life.
