近来,财政部门为实现预算绩效管理的全面推进,已经开始建立政府部门及事业单位的绩效管理制度和规范。本文以《预算绩效评价共性指标体系框架》为指导,从测绘地理信息事业单位预算绩效评价管理实践出发,对建立绩效目标、指标体系、确定权重的预算绩效管理工作进行探析。
Recently, in order to push forward budget performance management, the financial department has started to set up performance management systems and regulations for government departments and public institutions. Under the guidance of “Common Performance Indicator System Framework of Budget Performance Evaluation”, based on the practice of budget performance evaluation of mapping geographic information institution, this paper analyzes the budget performance management of establishing performance target, index system and determining the weight.
