Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology is a new discipline developed within the past 15 years. It has become an important branch in the field of heart disease and has an important impact on the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia. To date, the explanations of various arrhythmia phenomena, the selection of appropriate treatment options, and the judgment of prognosis can not be separated without electrophysiological examination. This article combined with the work of our hospital to explore the application of cardiac electrophysiological examination in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia. Methodology Clinical cardiac electrophysiology examinations began with the recording of His sonogram (1969) and have now evolved into intracardiac recordings of multi-catheter electrodes, including: (1) the right atrium upper electrogram (HRA) - recording of the sinoatrial Junction area potential; (2) His bundle Electrogram (HBE) - record His bundle potential H wave and right atrial inferior electrogram (LRA).
