在定向井水平井钻井过程中,摩擦阻力是影响有效钻压的主要因素。液力加压器的应用在一定程度上解决了钻压的传递问题,有利于提高钻进速度。这种加压器以钻井泥浆为动力,借助钻头喷嘴压降产生的轴向载荷,使轴向力直接作用于钻头,弥补有效钻压不足,保证钻头平稳钻进,提高机械钻速。2011年液力加压器在苏里格气田多口井上施工的实践证明,使用这种加压器不但可以提高机械钻速,而且减轻了钻头和钻柱的振动,从而延长了钻头寿命。
In directional well drilling horizontal well, the frictional resistance is the main factor affecting the effective weight-on-bit. Application of hydraulic pressure to some extent to solve the problem of weight-pressure transmission, is conducive to improving drilling speed. This type of pressurizer is driven by drilling mud and utilizes the axial load generated by the pressure drop of the drill nozzle to directly exert the axial force on the drill bit so as to make up for the insufficient effective bit weight and ensure a steady drilling of the drill bit and improve the ROP. The construction of hydraulic turbulators in multiple wells in the Sulige gas field in 2011 proved that the use of such a pressurizer not only increased the penetration rate but also reduced the vibration of the drill bit and drill string, thus prolonging the life of the drill bit.
