随着中国的日益发展强大,传播中国传统文化成为我们每个中国人身上的重任,大学英语四级考试的翻译题型也在这个大形势下进行了改革。为了适应这一新题型,大学英语教师应在课堂上有针对性地对学生进行训练。本文从学生的段落翻译作业中存在的问题入手,探讨在大学英语课堂中教师可以采用的翻译教学策略,以期通过教学实践来提高学生的实际翻译水平。
With China’s growing strength and the dissemination of traditional Chinese culture, it has become a heavy responsibility for every Chinese person. The translation type of CET-4 has also undergone reform in this general situation. In order to adapt to this new type of instructors, college English teachers should be targeted in the classroom training of students. This article starts from the problems existing in the students ’translation work and explores the translation teaching strategies teachers can adopt in the college English classroom so as to improve students’ practical translation skills through teaching practice.
