目的探讨血清重金属铅对中国中青年男性的精液质量的影响。方法回顾性分析45名重金属铅超标的年轻患者精液质量并与健康体检者对比,分析指标为有效精子浓度、不动精子率、精子畸形率、形态正常精子率、精子总活力、活动精子浓度、非前向运动精子率、p H、前向运动精子率、前向运动精子浓度、精子活力指数、液化时间、精子浓度、平均运动速度。结果正常组血铅水平均<80μg/L,而高铅组血铅水平分布在127~638μg/L,所有纳入对象精液液化时间均不超过50min。2组活动精子浓度、非前向运动精子率、p H、前向运动精子浓度、精子活力指数、液化时间、精子浓度、平均运动速度等指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高铅组的有效精子浓度、形态正常精子率、精子总活力、前向运动精子率均低于正常组,不动精子率、精子畸形率均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人体内高铅负荷能够降低精液质量,负面影响男性生殖功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of serum heavy metal lead on sperm quality of middle-aged and young men in China. Methods Retrospective analysis of semen quality of 45 young patients with excessive lead exceeded those of healthy subjects. The indexes of the analysis included effective sperm concentration, sperm motility rate, sperm deformity rate, morphological normal sperm rate, total sperm motility, sperm motility, Forward motility sperm ratio, p H, forward motility sperm motility, forward motility sperm motility index, sperm motility index, liquefaction time, sperm concentration, mean velocity. Results The level of blood lead was <80μg / L in normal group, while the level of lead in high lead group was 127 ~ 638μg / L. The liquefaction time of all subjects was less than 50min. There was no significant difference in sperm concentration, non-forward sperm motility rate, p H, forward motility sperm concentration, sperm motility index, liquefaction time, sperm concentration and average exercise speed in the two groups (P> 0.05) The effective sperm concentration, normal sperm ratio, sperm motility and forward motility sperm rate in lead group were lower than those in normal group, sperm motility rate and sperm deformity rate were higher than those in normal group (P <0.05) ). Conclusion The lead load in human body can reduce the quality of semen and negatively affect male reproductive function.
