本文报道的束源转动的交叉分子束装置有两个互相垂直交叉并且可同步绕一固定轴转动的脉冲束源,激光束可沿上述轴线方向与两束交叉.控测器是一四极质谱,它与散射中心的距离可以调节,探测方向固定不变与两个分子束在同一平面内并指向散射中心.质谱产生的离子信号用高灵敏度的Daly系统接收.该设备将用于研究分子簇的形成和裂解.分子或分子簇的光解和两分子束的交叉散射过程.用这台设备我们测量了在CO2和NH3超声束中形成的各种Cluster的质谱图以及(CO2)nCluster束与Ar束的散射的角分布.
The beam-to-beam cross molecular beam device reported here has two pulsed beam sources that cross each other vertically and can rotate synchronously about a fixed axis. The laser beam can cross two axes along the above axis. The detector is a quadrupole mass spectrometer whose distance from the scattering center is adjustable, the detection direction is fixed and the two molecular beams are in the same plane and point to the scattering center. The ion signals generated by mass spectrometry are received with the highly sensitive Daly system. The device will be used to study the formation and cleavage of molecular clusters. Photolysis of molecules or molecular clusters and cross-scattering of two molecular beams. Using this equipment we measured the mass spectra of the various clusters formed in the CO2 and NH3 beams as well as the angular distribution of the scattering of the (CO2) nCluster and Ar beams.
