成人流感杆菌败血症,临床上较为少见,极易误诊,现将我科在1983年1月～3月间遇到的三例报告于下。临床资料 1、一般资料:本组三例均为男性,年龄18～24岁。病前无上呼吸道感染,未找到原发病灶,最初均误诊为伤寒。 2、症状与体征:三例均呈急性起病,初起发热,入院后体温38.4°～40℃之间,二例呈稽留热,一例为弛张热。三例均有不同程度的畏寒、头痛、上腹痛、恶心、呕吐,一例伴腹泻。脾脏均肿大,于肋下0.5～2厘米,治疗后二例未扪及,一例回缩至肋下1厘米。
