作为我国银行中非常重要的一员,城市商业银行为我国银行领域的发展做出了巨大的贡献。发展至今,城市商业银行的综合实力越来越强,成为了我国银行领域内不可缺少的角色。然而,在银行业务不断发展的同时,城市商业银行的企业文化建设却没有做到同步发展,这对我国城市商业银行的发展是极为不利的,因为城市商业银行要想真正以现代商业银行的身份在未来占领更大的市场,就需要增强企业的文化内涵。
