本组以葛根芩连板兰根汤加减结合 ORS 治疗40例婴幼儿秋季腹泻,平均止泻时间42.5小时,全部治愈。年龄最小3个月,最大18个月。临床表现:急性腹泻,每日腹泻次数6次以上,最多,水样,呈乳白色、黄色、黄绿色或蛋花样,含有奶瓣,无腥臭,少数为粘液状或糊状。大便常规化验阴性或仅有脂肪颗粒或偶有0～1个白血球,无脓血及红血球。或腹泻伴有“上感”症状(但胸透肺部正常者)。不包括食物中毒或饮食不当引起
The group of Puerarin with Ban Langen Decoction ORS treatment of 40 cases of infants with autumnal diarrhea, the average anti-diarrhea time of 42.5 hours, all cured. Youngest 3 months, up to 18 months. Clinical manifestations: acute diarrhea, diarrhea more than 6 times per day, up to water samples were milky white, yellow, yellow-green or egg-shaped, with milk petals, no fishy odor, a small number of mucus-like or paste. Stool routine tests negative or only fat particles or occasionally 0 to 1 white blood cells, no blood and red blood cells. Or diarrhea with symptoms of “feeling” (but with normal chest and lungs). Does not include food poisoning or improper diet
