对大麦突变体76-2104多节矮秆性状的遗传研究表明:突变体76-2104的多节与矮秆性状均符合一对隐性主基因的遗传,多节矮秆性状的遗传确属连锁的两基因控制。多节矮秆性状与单株穗数无明显相关,但对每穗粒数、每穗粒重和千粒重有显著的变劣作用。最后,探讨了突变体76-2104在育种上利用的前景。
Genetic studies on the multi-node dwarf traits of barley mutant 76-2104 showed that the multi-node and dwarf traits of mutant 76-2104 all conformed to the inheritance of a pair of recessive major genes, The two genes are controlled. There were no significant correlations between the number of spikelets per plant and the number of spikelets per panicle, but the number of spikelets per panicle, grain weight per panicle and grain weight per panicle had a significant deterioration. Finally, the prospects for utilizing mutant 76-2104 in breeding were explored.
