详细讨论了中心卷取张力控制的数学模型 ,并在此基础上对由工作辊_卷取机 (开卷机 )组成的张力控制系统进行了系统仿真 ,仿真结果与实际情况相符 ,从而证明了该模型的正确性。建张振荡是该系统的常见问题 ,特别是张力闭环情况下 ,系统为一时变系统 ,使理论分析更加困难。本文建立在详细的数学模型的基础上的仿真研究较好地揭示了建张振荡的原因 ,从而为工程人员设计中减少建张振荡提供了指导性的意见
The mathematic model of center take-up tension control is discussed in detail. On the basis of this, the tension control system composed of work roll-take-up machine (uncoiler) is systematically simulated. The simulation results are in accordance with the actual situation, Correctness of the model. Building Zhang oscillation is a common problem of the system, especially in the case of tension closed loop, the system is a time-varying system, making theoretical analysis more difficult.
