本文通过30例冬泳者进行下水前、下水后即刻的心血管系统多参数自身对照测试,发现初游组比常游组变化显著,初游组EMT下水后即刻为下水前的1.2倍,Q—Z为1.9倍,PEP为3.1倍,ICT为2.6倍,LVET为1.8倍,PEP/LVET为1.7倍,ICT/LVET为1.5倍,PWTT为4.6倍,SET相应缩短,反映舒张功能的指标也延长,RFT为2.2倍,IRT为3.6倍,EDT为2.9倍,AST为2.1倍。等容指数为1.8倍,a/H由16%延长到43%,a/D由42%延长到102%,SFT也相应缩短,反应泵血功能的参数均减少,SV为下水前的41.5%,CO为47.8%,EF为59.8%,IH/TH却增高为2.58倍,外周阻力TPR,初游组惊人地剧增,为下水前的123.1倍(174.9—21538.4)提示冬泳对初游者的心血管系统收缩、舒张、泵血功能多参数是损伤性活动,对常游者损伤不明显,分析了产生的部分机制。
