企业如果想在激烈地市场竞争中立于不败之地就必须学会利用竞争情报来为企业发展保驾护航。本文针对目前我国企业竞争情报工作中存在的突出问题进行分析,并提出基于全员参与的新型企业竞争情报工作模式的设想,即组织企业情报人员、专业技术人员、全体员工共同参与情报工作的搜集、分析、传播等各个环节。其目的在于提高竞争情报工作的效率和竞争情报产品的质量,为企业赢得更多竞争优势。
