Starting from the overall situation of sustained, rapid development and modernization of the national economy, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made great efforts to implement the construction and reform of rural power networks in order to reduce the burden on peasants, improve rural areas’ production and living conditions, and promote the all-round development of rural economy and society.
