目的:评价我院医院制剂的作用与地位。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年7月1日~2006年6月30日医院制剂的应用情况。结果:共应用158种医院制剂,销售金额达1002.53万元,占全部药品销售金额的1.13%。销售金额列前10位的医院制剂占全部医院制剂销售金额的72.2%,门诊和住院科室应用医院制剂有一定的差异性。结论:医院制剂占药品销售金额的比例虽较少,但仍为日常诊疗工作所必需。
Objective: To evaluate the role and status of hospital preparations in our hospital. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from July 1, 2005 ~ June 30, 2006 the application of hospital preparations. Results: A total of 158 kinds of hospital preparations were used, with sales amounting to 10.0253 million yuan, accounting for 1.13% of the total sales amount of medicines. The sales amount of the top 10 hospital preparations accounted for 72.2% of the total sales volume of the hospital preparations, and outpatient and inpatient departments have some discrepancies in the use of hospital preparations. Conclusion: Although the ratio of hospital preparations to the sales amount of medicines is relatively small, it is still necessary for routine clinic work.
