In more than twenty years of PE teaching practice, I met more than twenty people in the middle and long distance race, resulting in weak legs, weak body, unable to stand, stagger or even collapsed suddenly, Stupor unconscious for more than 10 minutes. Sports medicine calls this phenomenon “gravity shock.” People standing in the long run, squatting for too long, suddenly stand up, over-excited, sick to participate in strenuous exercise, after a sudden stop motionless and so on, may cause gravity shock. Sometimes it’s just 45 minutes organized, tight, lively, fun-packed PE lessons and occasionally some students have a Gravity Shock. This phenomenon is more likely to occur in highly competitive mountaineering competitions, off-road competitions, athletics clubs and the like. Therefore, to allow more people to master the prevention and first aid methods of gravity shock, it is necessary. Why does shock happen after the race? This is because the heart runs after the middle long run
