为实现稠油热采过程注井蒸汽的在线计量,通过对两相流孔板差压噪声的深入研究,建立了测量汽水两相流质量流量和干度的理论模型。在此基础上,采用8098单片机研制的“汽水两相流双参数测量仪”,只需用一块标准锐边孔板,配以合适的差压变送器和压力变送器,即可实现汽水两相流质量流量和干度的双参数测量,其相对均方偏差分别为±9.0%和±6.5%。
In order to realize on-line metering of injection well steam in heavy oil thermal recovery process, a theoretical model for measuring mass flow rate and dryness of two-phase flow of soda water was established through further study on differential pressure noise of two-phase flow orifice. On this basis, using the 8098 single-chip developed “soda two-phase flow measurement instrument”, just use a standard sharp edge orifice plate, together with the appropriate differential pressure transmitter and pressure transmitter, you can achieve the soda The two-parameter measurement of mass flow rate and dryness of two-phase flow showed a relative mean square deviation of ± 9.0% and ± 6.5%, respectively.
