同志们:我们在宜昌市举行湖北省分课题组开题会,请大家学习葛洲坝集团公司职工“对历史负责,对国家、对人民负责”的精神,建设三峡水库伟大工程的宝贵经验,以加强我们完成国家任务的责任心。我们申报课题时写的“课题设计论证”已印发,请大家重视其内容,加深了解我们研究问题的全局,正确对待局部研究与全局研究的关系。最近江泽民同志在中国人民大学的重要讲话,从关系民族兴亡的高度强调大力促进我国哲学社会科学事业发展繁荣时,提出了五点希望,都需认真贯彻。我仅就自己初步学习的体会,在开题时讲三点建议。
Comrades: We held an opening meeting of the Hubei Provincial Research Group in Yichang City. I only talk about my own preliminary learning experience, and I would like to make three suggestions when opening a topic.
