不同程度的低钾胁迫对不同杂交水稻组合根、茎、叶生长和籽粒产量影响都存在显著差异,表明杂交水稻耐低钾胁迫,具有明显的组合特异性。在低钾胁迫时,供试耐低钾杂交水稻组合威优35,仍能保持较高的光合速率、根系生长和氧化力,并减少生育前期呼吸消耗,因而较低的钾素营养水平即能满足其生长发育和籽粒高产要求;而耗钾性杂交水稻组合汕优6号,低钾胁迫使之光合速率、根系生长量及氧化力显著下降,呼吸速率显著增加,茎蘖生长和叶片生长受抑,产量显著减低。建议在低钾胁迫下,根系生长量和上位叶光合速率可作为筛选耐低钾杂交组合的形态和生理指标。
Different levels of low potassium stress had significant differences on root, stem and leaf growth and grain yield of different hybrid rice combinations, indicating that hybrid rice has low tolerance to potassium stress and has obvious combination specificity. It is suggested that the root growth rate and photosynthetic rate of upper leaves could be used as the morphological and physiological indexes to screen low-K combinations under low potassium stress.
