目的:采用高效液相色谱法对复方唯信康胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量进行测定,以控制本品的质量。方法:采用大连依利特Kromasil ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值为5.6)(38∶62)为流动相;检测波长为280 nm。结果:延胡索乙素在进样量0.04944~0.4944μg范围内有良好线性关系,r=0.99987,平均回收率为97.4%;RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论:该法准确、稳定性好,可作为唯信康胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective: To determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in compound Weixinkang capsule by high performance liquid chromatography in order to control the quality of this product. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Kromasil ODS C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (pH adjusted to 5.6 with triethylamine) (38:62) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linearity in the range of 0.04944~0.4944μg injection volume of tetrahydropalmatine, r=0.99987, the average recovery was 97.4%; RSD was 1.3% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and stable, and it can be used as a quality control method for Weixinkang capsule.
