汉朝的组织结构与现代企业颇有相似之处,皇帝好比董事长,丞相则犹如总经理。皇帝下面有尚书台,好比董事会的秘书处。丞相下面有十三曹,犹如现代企业里向总经理负责的13个部门。按照汉朝的法理,丞相是整个管理机构的中心,即使是皇帝的意志也必须经过丞相的同意之后才能向全国颁布。而皇帝的主要任务是负责丞相的选拔与任免。我们因此可以看到,汉朝的管理与运营程序与现代企业的法人治理结
The organizational structure of the Han Dynasty and the modern enterprise quite similarities, the emperor is like the chairman of the board, the prime minister is like a general manager. Below the emperor there is a desk, like the secretariat of the board of directors. There are thirteen Cao below the prime minister, like the 13 departments in charge of the general manager in the modern enterprise. According to the jurisprudence of the Han Dynasty, the prime minister was the center of the entire governing body. Even the will of the emperor must be approved by the prime minister before being promulgated to the whole country. The emperor’s main task is to be responsible for the selection and appointment of prime minister. We can therefore see that the Han Dynasty’s management and operation procedures are in line with the corporate governance of modern enterprises
