班级管理是学校管理的核心,其管理水平如何,将会直接影响学校的整体管理质量。班主任是“一家”之长。而班级管理工作的好坏,则直接取决于班主任的素质及能力。班主任的工作任重而道远,不但要传授学生科学文化知识,还要教会学生怎样做人。这就要求班主任不仅要有渊博的知识和满腔的热情,更要有敏锐的洞察力和耐心细致的工作方法,形成一套独具特色的班级管理模式。
Class management is the core of school management. Its management level will directly affect the overall management quality of the school. Class teacher is “a ” length. The class management work is good or bad, it depends directly on the class teacher's quality and ability.
