目的探讨完全性囊外甲状腺叶切除术在甲状腺恶性肿瘤手术中的应用。方法回顾总结2002年1月至2006年6月我科203例甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者手术过程中对该术式的应用。结果术后暂时性低钙血症8例(3.94%),暂时性喉返神经麻痹3例(1.47%),暂时性喉上神经麻痹1例,无永久性甲状旁腺功能低下及喉返神经麻痹发生。结论完全性囊外甲状腺叶切除术术式安全,能有效保护甲状旁腺及其血供,有效保护喉返神经。
Objective To investigate the application of complete extracapsular thyroid lobectomy in thyroid malignant tumors. Methods The clinical data of 203 patients with thyroid malignant tumor from January 2002 to June 2006 were retrospectively reviewed. Results Postoperative transient hypocalcemia in 8 cases (3.94%), temporary laryngeal nerve paralysis in 3 cases (1.47%), temporary laryngeal nerve paralysis in 1 case, no permanent hypoparathyroidism and recurrent laryngeal nerve Paralysis occurs. Conclusion The complete extracapsular thyroidectomy is safe and can effectively protect the parathyroid gland and its blood supply and effectively protect the recurrent laryngeal nerve.
